A 4 storey mixed use building is under construction in the Burnley St shopping strip. Look for the tall, skinny building. It will have vertical gardens & a roof garden.

We also have developments almost ready to start constructions; a 3 storey office in Burnley & an apartment block in St.Kilda.

We are sketching options for 7-8 townhouses in Maribyrnong; a mixture of family homes for our clients & townhouses they can sell.

We like it when locals pop in the door of our office to have a chat & ask about us renovating their house or building a new house. We are happy to have a look & give initial Planning advice, like the renovation we have in Bennett St.

An addition in Hawthorn led to designing another & we are designing an extension in Canterbury for a client we did an extension for in Richmond. The joy of happy clients recommending us & clients returning to design their next house or addition.

Our good relationship with builders continues. We are happy when they recommend their clients to us & when we design for them. We designed a new house at Ocean Grove for Greg Sinclair of Sinclairs Constructions.

Our 4 storey residential development at 52 Burnley St, Richmond, was Shortlisted for the Architecture Awards last year! We're very happy to get so close to an award. The standard of entries is very high.

4 units, 4 storey; big townhouses, small footprint. Yes, we like to squeeze as much as we can onto an inner city site. It is our small contribution to halting the Melbourne sprawl.

We said bye bye to our previous home office at 455 Swan St Richmond. Lou Sweeney wrote a great article about it for the Age, Domain.

As usual we are slow getting images on the alsoCAN website. We are either spending too much time designing other people's websites, or we are too busy designing and constructing to have time to upload a few photos.
