Our 4 storey residential development at 52 Burnley St, Richmond was Shortlisted for the Architecture Awards. Exciting getting so close to an award. The standard of entries is very high.

4 units, 4 storey; big dwellings, small footprint. Yes, we like to maximize an inner city site. It is our small contribution to halting the Melbourne sprawl.

Our unit development is under construction in Glen Huntly. Not your average unit development. It has roof gardens, a suspended stair of a reflecting pond, a plunge pool, cantilevered bedrooms.

One large Modernist home for the developer with a guest suite and gym, plus 2 three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses on a platform over the carparking.
